Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, painting, manufacturing, or DIY projects.
• Strong color matching ability; color accuracy is key.
• Reliable and accountable; eager to learn new repair techniques.
• Committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site cosmetic, small surface repairs (chips, scratches, burns) using our 5-step process in apartments, hotels, and senior living communities.
• Work hands-on with your toolkit to fix surfaces and solve repairs creatively and efficiently.
• Identify and recommend additional repair opportunities (add-ons).
• Collaborate with the support team with questions.
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
