Job summary

SERVPRO Corporate Headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee, invites applications for a Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Intern. This full-time internship runs May 24 through July 31, 2027, at a pay of $2,000 per hour. Housing relocation and related accommodations are not provided.

You will gain hands-on experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory management, and continuous improvement with rotational exposure across production and R&D of in-house products and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in college pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Rising junior/senior or graduate student preferred.
• Interest in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly intern activities and team meetings.
• Shadow experienced employees to learn business operations.
• Learn end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies with Accounting/Purchasing.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on throughput, on-time shipping, and productivity.
• Support SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Rotate through departments to understand lifecycle from materials to finished goods.
