Job summary

Tier4 Group in Irving, TX seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead on-site teams across inventory control, shipping, receiving, distribution and procurement. You’ll track KPIs, drive performance, and ensure the right people are in the right seats to meet daily goals in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

This tactical leadership role requires strong people leadership, clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers, and hands-on problem solving on the floor to sustain

Qualifications

Strong people leadership and team-building abilities.
Solid foundation in inventory, shipping, receiving, distribution, or procurement.
Experience tracking KPIs and operational metrics.
Experience in a high-volume, serialized inventory environment is a plus.
Clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a team of supply chain associates
Tracking and reporting on KPIs, metrics, and operational performance
Managing day-to-day operations across your assigned supply chain function
Holding your team accountable and placing the right people in the right seats
Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and customer contacts as needed
Driving continuous improvement in a high-volume, high-velocity environment
