FirstPRO 360 is seeking a hands-on supply chain leader to oversee procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics for a growing manufacturing and distribution operation in the United States. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of supply chain experience.

• Strong supplier negotiations and procurement background; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing or distribution and 3+ years leading teams preferred
• Strong supplier negotiation and procurement background
• ERP expertise; APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems on the floor
