Job summary

Subway is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our locations as the captain of the crew. You will be responsible for hands-on operations, training your team, and driving store performance across food quality, service speed, and costs.

This role is based in the Houston area with opportunities to grow within the Subway network. You will manage schedules, monitor costs, and motivate staff to meet targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in quick-service or retail.
• Able to train and lead crew, manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on working manager: prep, serve, and supervise the line.
• Schedule staffing, monitor labor costs and efficiency.
• Train and coach crew, maintain food quality and service standards.
