Job summary

Subway is seeking a working manager to run one of our locations like your own business in the Houston area. You’ll be hands-on—making sandwiches, training the crew, and keeping food and service on point.

You’ll lead from the front, set schedules after getting the store running, and drive targets in labor costs, food costs, and sales. Weekly pay starts at $740 for 50 hours, with a quarterly bonus up to $1,100.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in QSR or retail is required.
• Comfortable doing work alongside the team, from prep to running the line.
• Stay organized and reliable while keeping others accountable.
• Able to hit targets and run a tight operation.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead the crew, but also roll up your sleeves daily.
• Make sandwiches and prep in the morning to keep food and service on point.
• Set the pace and pace the store; be the captain on deck with the crew.
• Lead from the front and own the store's success.
