Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in physics, engineering, technology, STEM education, or a related field.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, equipment maintenance, fabrication techniques, and safety practices.
• Experience supporting hands-on STEM instruction, engineering design activities or educational laboratory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and distribute laboratory materials, equipment, and supplies for physics and engineering courses.
• Assist instructors during laboratory activities, demonstrations, projects, and STEM events.
• Build, assemble, modify, service, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment and teaching tools.
• Procure, inventory, organize, and maintain supplies and consumables for laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
• Design and fabricate simple instructional models and laboratory components.
• Maintain safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and compliance with regulations.
