The estimator/ProjectManager’s primary responsibility is two‑fold: (1) bid and secure projects within the Commercial Market with an emphasis on Asphalt Paving & Grading, and (2) overall management to the satisfaction of the Client and the standards of our company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate quantities and productions/crews required
• Evaluate design options and recommend alternative solutions or approaches as needed to secure work
• Complete job setup including subcontracts and purchase orders
• Track job costs and accurately project cost to complete – complete fiscal responsibility

Desired Skills and Experience

• BS degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Good PC skills – proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Blue Beam and all HCSS software programs
• Prepare 3D Volumetric Plans
• Project experience up to $25M
