Nelson Tractor Company is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Service Department. You will service and repair tractors, mowers, and construction equipment in a fast-paced, team-driven shop environment.

You will diagnose mechanical issues, assist with repair estimates, and work closely with Service Advisors to meet customer needs while staying current with training and best practices. We value quality work and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairing and maintaining agricultural and/or construction equipment.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and computer-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
