Job summary

Ace Sanitary is hiring a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead the second-shift team, including Fabricators and Laser Etchers. You will set daily priorities, manage workflow, coach employees, and ensure safe, accurate, high-quality work on schedule while staying visible on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to organize work, solve problems, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to second-shift team members (Fabricators, Laser Etchers, etc.).
• Set priorities, assign work, balance workflow, and monitor productivity for on-time, accurate output.
• Ensure quality and regulatory standards are followed across the department.
• Maintain a safe work environment and train staff on safety practices.
• Train, coach, and develop employees with feedback and growth opportunities.
• Interview, review performance, and collaborate with leadership on discipline when needed.
• Perform the work of supervised positions when production requires support.
• Support safety, company culture, and other duties assigned by management.
