Job summary

Serigraph is seeking a Working Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm). You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coaching employees and maintaining production schedules on the shop floor.

This hands-on leadership role combines supervision with direct involvement in operations, training and guiding staff, and enforcing company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Safety training and PPE knowledge required.
• Ability to read and interpret production tickets and documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with production-tracking systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees to meet daily goals.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate updates to management.
• Coach and develop team members and support performance reviews.
• Assist with equipment setup and minor repairs as needed.
