The role requires strong HVAC and chiller experience, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, relevant HVAC licenses or certifications, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with external contractors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC maintenance experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in a facility environment.
• Relevant HVAC/refrigeration certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on technical lead for preventive maintenance and safety-focused work practices on building/utility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems and chillers per site procedures.
• Troubleshoot HVAC/chiller issues and complete routine repairs within training and scope.
• Inspect and maintain pumps, motors, electrical components, belts, filters, drains, coils, and related equipment.
• Act as a Safety Champion to reinforce safe work practices and promote a proactive safety culture.
