• Oversee building management system (BMS) operations and adjust schedules during shutdowns.
• Handle tenant service requests with thorough documentation in CMMS.
• Act as technical lead for client interactions and maintenance solutions.
• Inspect life safety equipment and ensure compliance with codes.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours situations.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment and report issues.
