Job summary

Custom Filters Direct in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a hands-on Robotics & Automation Engineer to troubleshoot, program, and keep automated systems running on the production floor. This on-site role focuses on maintaining and improving automation initiatives to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong PLC experience (Allen Bradley preferred) and familiarity with AMRs/MiR robots, with a willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, automation, or controls engineering.
• PLC programming experience with Allen Bradley preferred.
• Hands-on debugging on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic and automated systems.
• Program and modify PLC programs (Allen Bradley preferred).
• Diagnose real-time automation issues and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve uptime.
