Advanced Hospitality in Woburn, MA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager with hands-on leadership in a high-volume setting. The role requires scheduling flexibility, weekend/holiday coverage, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will supervise front and back-of-house teams, uphold brand culture, train staff, handle guest issues, and ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a restaurant setting.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Full-time, in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations according to company standards.
• Supervise front- and back-of-house staff and ensure hospitality for guests.
• Uphold brand culture and SOPs across shifts.
• Mentor and train hourly staff to maintain high performance.
• Hire and conduct staff evaluations as needed.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties and communicate updates to the GM.
