Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor during every rush, working alongside the team to set the pace and ensure excellence. You will own people, products, and profits in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This role requires running shifts, coaching staff, and maintaining food quality, service, and safety standards while driving guest satisfaction and brand execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership on the floor, especially during peak periods.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and inventory.
• Proven track record of running shifts and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Lead restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives; maintain food safety.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
