Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This hands-on operator will be on the line, on the register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

You will oversee all restaurant operations, ensure food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards, while coaching and developing staff. This role requires high energy, accountability, and a data-driven approach to labor and costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Ability to lead from the floor and coach during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, oven, and register during rushes.
• Lead all restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives with pace and precision.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed of service and guest satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
