Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working side-by-side with the team during every rush to drive speed and service. You will supervise all restaurant operations, coach staff, manage labor and costs, and uphold food safety and brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role that requires constant mobility on the floor and leadership by example.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, costs, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Coach and develop team members and shift leaders with hands-on, side-by-side coaching.
• Develop schedules that balance guest demand with labor goals.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time.
