Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Biology, Materials Science, or related science field OR a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant lab experience.
• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, polymer, materials, or R&D labs is required.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing, equipment operation, calibration, and documentation; strong safety and SOP compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and effective communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support chemists and engineers with lab experiments and research activities.
• Perform sample preparation, testing, and routine analytical procedures.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate lab instruments and equipment.
• Record test results and observations accurately.
• Follow SOPs, protocols, and safety procedures.
• Prepare equipment and materials for testing.
• Assist with inventory of chemicals and consumables.
• Participate in safety meetings and lab safety compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple research and product development projects.
