Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Chemical Lab Technician for an on-site role. You will perform chemical analyses, titrations, moisture and thermal analyses, and operate advanced lab instruments to support multiple Bell programs.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, documentation, and collaboration with production, R&D, and engineering teams. A science/tech degree or equivalent lab experience is required, with PPE provided and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 60 college hours or equivalent lab experience.
• Mechanical aptitude for hands-on lab testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory tests including chemical analysis, titrations, moisture and thermal analysis.
• Operate lab equipment such as XRF, moisture meters, GC-MS, and DMA/DTA units.
• Support production, R&D, and Bell programs via lab testing.
• Generate technical laboratory reports and write procedures.
