Job summary

Electromechanical manufacturing seeks a hands-on Quality Manager to join the shop floor leadership, actively performing inspections, guiding operators, and driving the Quality Management System on a daily basis.

You will lead a team of quality engineers and technicians, coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements, delivering measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing quality with 2+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on on the shop floor with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on quality work on the production floor with inspections and coaching.
• Develop, implement, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product quality checks.
• Lead CAPA efforts and root-cause analysis.
• Manage customer complaints and supplier quality issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Track KPIs and drive measurable quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and customer requirements.
