Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Bluffton, OH area facility. This hands-on role leads a Quality Technician, drives continuous improvement, and reports to the General Manager on day-to-day quality performance.

You will own ISO 9001 certifications, manage quality documentation, communicate with customers on quality issues, and mentor the team to improve KPIs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Expect Monday–Friday days with strong involvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar quality role in manufacturing.
• Experience with QMS such as ISO or IATF preferred.
• Strong RCA and corrective action skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Own ISO 9001 certification activities including audits and documentation.
• Communicate quality issues with customers and internal teams.
• Complete customer-specific quality paperwork and records.
• Set up, monitor, and improve quality KPIs and metrics.
• Lead RCA and corrective actions and track outcomes.
• Communicate status of quality to stakeholders and customers.
• Apply formal problem solving to identify quality issues.
• Conduct internal audits and train team members on quality basics.
• Document inspection results and quality findings in ERP systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
