Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care data entry.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment; follow infection control protocols.
• Communicate with supervising PT and team about progress, goals and discharge plans.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on goals, home programs, safety, and fall prevention.
• Assist training of Restorative Aides.
