Job summary

Real Property Management Metro Boston is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Avondale, MO. You will perform general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool and appliance care to keep resident homes in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance – perform general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting; light groundskeeping; appliance installation/maintenance; pool maintenance; trash/large object disposal.
• Customer Service – front line service, professional appearance and positive interaction with residents.
• What Can Be Improved? – observe items during work orders to help owners improve the property.
