Job summary

Real Property Management Miami Metro is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Saint Joseph, MO to keep housing well-maintained and inviting. The role covers general maintenance, lighting, appliances, pools, landscaping, and more, with pay between $20 and $28 per hour.

You will address resident needs promptly, perform repairs between tenants, and help ensure properties shine. Valid driver's license and digital literacy are required; prior trade experience is a plus and punctual, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance – general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – front line service team member, we want you to interact with residents with pride in appearance; a smile is part of the uniform.
• What Can Be Improved? – observe items during a work order that can be improved to enhance resident satisfaction and property value.
