Carriage House Operator LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance/Handyman to join our team in Snowflake, AZ. This on-site role keeps properties running smoothly and looking their best, with a hands-on approach to repairs and preventative maintenance.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC upkeep, and general grounds maintenance while coordinating with vendors as needed. Strong problem-solving and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they elevate
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Perform painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs to maintain property appearance
• Maintain and service HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
