This hands-on role requires overseeing schedules, crews, materials, quality, and homeowner communications to maintain our high craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience with decks or outdoor living projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and local codes.
• Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans with homeowners to align scope, expectations, and timelines.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and inspections.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors for efficient closeouts.
• Provide consistent weekly updates to homeowners with progress reports.
• Maintain documentation and use project management software.
