Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in Grafton, ND. The role involves building windows, using tools and automated equipment, and maintaining safety in a climate-controlled facility. You will be trained from day one to ensure success and growth within the company.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and strong written and oral communication skills. The position includes overtime with various shifts and a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and coordinate with the team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
