Marvin is seeking an Assistant Supervisor in Grafton, MA to support the Production Supervisor across manufacturing operations. You will rotate through departments to learn workflows, scheduling, staffing, and supervision responsibilities.

You will lead with service and humility, coach teams, and develop leaders while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to join a family-owned organization with a long history.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and empowering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify root causes.
• Strong communication to collaborate and build partnerships.
• Understanding of Marvin customer orders, labels and specifications.
• Experience in Lead Person or other leadership role (min 6 months).
• Understanding production workflows, scheduling, staffing and workload balance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leading, directing, and motivating leads and support staff to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production objectives.
• Engage and empower work cells; coach leads and employees to elevate performance.
• Learn to oversee manufacturing processes and understand department opportunities and challenges.
• Create and carry out an Individual Leadership Development Plan.
• Become knowledgeable with employee, safety, and quality expectations; adhere to related programs and policies.
• Follow a set schedule in each department to learn different production workflows and staffing.
• Fill in for current supervisors across departments when needed.
