You will supervise, train, and coach staff; monitor schedules; support line setup and packaging; assign lines; communicate with leadership; and promote continuous improvement across the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior manufacturing/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, training, and coaching production employees on quality, safety, and production standards.
• Monitoring daily production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Supporting line setup, product placement, labeling, packaging, and quality control activities.
• Assigning employees to production lines based on workload and staffing needs.
• Communicating daily with production leadership on progress, staffing, and operational issues.
• Identifying and resolving production, equipment, and workflow challenges.
