You will supervise, train, and coach staff; monitor schedules; support line setup and packaging; assign lines; communicate with leadership; and promote continuous improvement across the production floor.

Job Description

This role supports daily production operations by helping lead production teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure gift pack production runs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing employees, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Supervising, training, and coaching production employees on quality, safety, and production standards
• Monitoring daily production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Supporting line setup, product placement, labeling, packaging, and quality control activities
• Assigning employees to production lines based on workload and staffing needs
• Communicating daily with production leadership on progress, staffing, and operational issues
• Identifying and resolving production, equipment, and workflow challenges
• Assisting with employee onboarding, training, performance feedback, and attendance management
• Monitoring safe machine operation and coordinating equipment repairs with Maintenance
• Promoting workplace safety through training, coaching, and safety discussions
• Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

What It Takes:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
