International Wire Group, a member of Pantheon Electric Group, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor in Camden, NY to lead daily production, coach employees, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Reports to Plant Manager with a base salary of $60,405-$75,000 annually.

The role emphasizes employee development, safety leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production employees on a shift.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery and industrial tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop production employees on the assigned shift.
• Communicate job expectations and provide clear direction.
• Prepare daily production schedules and monitor performance.
• Promote safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost control.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and other departments to meet objectives.
