International Wire Group is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for its Camden, NY area operations. The role directs daily production activities, coaches staff, coordinates workflow, and maintains safety, quality, and delivery metrics.

The ideal candidate will lead with integrity, build a positive team environment, and partner with Plant Manager and other departments to meet production objectives and continuous improvement goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising manufacturing staff.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Exposure to Lean/continuous improvement is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees on the assigned shift.
• Communicate job expectations and provide clear direction.
• Organize workflow and prepare daily production schedules.
• Conduct shift safety meetings focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure training and certifications are up to date and maintained.
