Collabera in Seattle, WA is seeking a Contract Production Planner to build and maintain a master production schedule and stand up a scheduling system beyond the ERP module. The role emphasizes keeping delivery commitments on track and growing into independent planning ownership.

Ideal candidates have hands-on assembly experience, 1–2 years in production planning, and solid Excel skills. This is a 11-month contract in a manufacturing setting with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day production planning experience in manufacturing (scheduling the floor daily).
• Hands-on assembly experience before moving into planning.
• 1–2 years in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or ops support.
• Understands full manufacturing flow from order intake through shipping.
• Basic MES/ERP experience.
• Intermediate Excel or better.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a master production schedule across all client modalities.
• Stand up a scheduling system that works outside the ERP module.
• Keep delivery commitments on track by flagging capacity issues before due dates.
• Grow into owning planning independently.
