Job summary

Collabera in Seattle, WA is seeking a Contract Production Planner to build and maintain a master production schedule and stand up a scheduling system beyond the ERP module. The role emphasizes keeping delivery commitments on track and growing into independent planning ownership.

Ideal candidates have hands-on assembly experience, 1–2 years in production planning, and solid Excel skills. This is a 11-month contract in a manufacturing setting with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day production planning experience in manufacturing (scheduling the floor daily).
• Hands-on assembly experience before moving into planning.
• 1–2 years in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or ops support.
• Understands full manufacturing flow from order intake through shipping.
• Basic MES/ERP experience.
• Intermediate Excel or better.

Title: Production Planner
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 11 months (Contract)
Pay Range: $27 - $32/hr
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

What this person will accomplish:

• Build and maintain a master production schedule across allclient modalities
• Stand up a scheduling system that works outside the ERP module
• Keep delivery commitments on track by flagging capacity issues before they hit due dates
• Grow into owning planning independently

Must Haves:

• Assembly planner experience in a sheet metal environment
• Day-to-day production planning experience in manufacturing (scheduling the floor daily, not just high-level planning)
• Hands-on assembly experience BEFORE moving into planning
• 1 to 2 years in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or ops support
• Understands the full manufacturing flow from order intake through shipping
• Basic MES/ERP experience
• Intermediate Excel or better
