Job summary

American Games in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a dependable General Production Associate to support the finishing department. You’ll assist in production, assembly, packaging and quality inspection while learning multiple processes in a fast-paced facility.

Training provided; candidates should be willing to cross-train across departments, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass background checks and drug screening. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly or packaging is helpful but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and comply with background check and drug screening requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work in finishing department supporting production, assembly, packaging, quality inspection and shipment.
• Operate and assist with production equipment including collators, cutters, folders and packaging machinery.
• Move materials and finished goods to maintain production flow.
• Maintain accurate labeling and packaging throughout production.
• Crosstrain across multiple production areas to expand skills.
