Job summary

American Games in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an Advanced Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role supports production, packaging and material handling, helping ensure products are produced safely, accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have entry-level experience in manufacturing or related fields and the motivation to learn across multiple departments. We value reliability, teamwork, adaptability and a strong work ethic; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, assembly or material handling.
• Reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability and willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Basic math, counting and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple areas of our manufacturing operation, helping ensure products are produced safely, accurately and on schedule.
• Operate and support production, packaging and material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, package, label and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control and material tracking.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to support operational needs and career development.
• Work collaboratively with operators, leads, supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
