Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals.
• Basic math and ability to perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily operations of the Finishing Department.
• Follows STOP Safety Program fundamentals to support a zero-accident workplace.
• Retrieves setup information and specifications and follows job jacket instructions.
• Monitors quality, production, and waste according to customer specs.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas; performs sanitation tasks.
• Participates in safety meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Able to work scheduled shifts and overtime; trains new employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
