American Games in Council Bluffs, IA, is seeking an Advanced Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role supports production, packaging and material handling while providing cross-training across departments to build a versatile skill set.

You’ll work Monday‑Friday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) in a clean, fast‑paced environment that values reliability, attention to detail and teamwork. Prior manufacturing experience is welcome, with opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production, packaging and material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, package, label and transport materials.

• Package finished products and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners and other material handling equipment safely.

The ideal candidate will have entry-level experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, assembly or material handling environments. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability and a willingness to learn and cross-train across multiple operational areas within the facility.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Production Associate, you'll support multiple areas of our manufacturing operation, helping ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a hands‑on position where you'll receive training and gain experience across production, packaging, inventory, shipping and material handling operations.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math, counting, and computer skills.
