Job summary

Forza is seeking a General Laborer to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment in Council Bluffs, IA. You will handle materials, assist with line setups, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace, following work instructions and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn new tasks as priorities shift. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Feed, unload, and stage materials for production lines as directed.
• Package, label, and palletize finished goods according to work instructions.
• Perform general housekeeping and 5S duties to maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist machine operators with changeovers and line setups as needed.
• Transport materials and product between work areas using manual or powered equipment (forklift certification a plus, not required).
• Conduct basic quality checks on product and report defects or issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Accurately complete production logs, work orders, or checklists as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.
