Job summary

Olin is seeking a highly motivated Adjustor II Trainee to join our Shotshell production team. This role focuses on operating, changing over, and maintaining Shotshell Heading machines with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. The starting wage is $25.93/hour, with the 100% top scale wage currently $28.41/hour after completing the required time.

The schedule is a straight midnight shift. Must be 18+ with advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills; forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Forklift experience preferred; stand-up forklift experience is a plus.
Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
Wlexibility to work other shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

Operate, troubleshoot, and perform changeovers to multiple Shotshell Heading machines.
Use various handheld tools to adjust machines and perform changeovers.
Conduct quality checks and ensure processes meet standards.
Safely operate a stand-up forklift.
Inspect product for defects and follow quality procedures.
Follow safety requirements including PPE and lockout/tagout.
