Olin is seeking a Machine Specialist/Adjuster at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, MO. You will set up and operate high-speed production equipment, perform mechanical adjustments and repairs, and ensure parts meet specifications while supporting a manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience operating mechanical production equipment preferred.
• Ability to use power and non‑power hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–40 lbs; push up to 1,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines; perform adjustments and repairs.
• Visually inspect parts and finished products to specs.
• Remove/install dies, punches, eject stems, bolts with hand tools.
• Push hand trucks and fill hoppers to keep machines supplied.
