Job summary

Olin, located in Oxford, MS, is hiring a Production Machine Adjuster/Adjuster Trainee to set up, adjust, and operate production machinery on 2nd or 3rd shift. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot equipment, perform machine changeovers, and transport materials as needed.

Training may take up to six weeks before transition to primary assignment. Applicants must be 18+, have related experience or hands-on repair skills, and pass safety and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating mechanical equipment; hands-on experience with diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues preferred.
• Experience with power and non-power hand tools and quality measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple machines simultaneously; troubleshoot and repair production equipment; clear machine jams on hoppers.
• Transport raw material from storage area to production areas using forklift or other equipment.
• Use hand tools to make mechanical adjustments and repairs on production machinery.
• Complete machine change-overs and set-ups using quality specs, including dies and related parts.
