Marmon Holdings, Inc. AP Emissions Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and a frontline team. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery while coordinating with Scheduling, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to resolve issues and support new product introductions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to implement Lean improvements to reduce waste and costs across the operation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.

Mansioni

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor department KPIs and production performance, using data to adjust priorities and resources.
• Distribute workloads and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Lead a high-performing production team focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
