Job summary

ASE seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead operations in the rotary processing department, overseeing green end, clipping, and drying to maximize raw material value. This role focuses on productivity, quality, and safety while guiding a small on-floor team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities by reviewing schedules, prioritizing work, and coordinating operations.
• Drive output, quality, and efficiency across production processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and quality teams to optimize performance.
• Monitor and analyze production data, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure proper machine operation and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Oversee timekeeping and approve employee time records.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of product specifications, grades, and customer requirements.
