• Prior experience in dry cleaning, laundry operations, or garment production preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform active work.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee all cleaning equipment, including: Dry cleaning machines, Laundry systems, Wet cleaning systems.
• Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
• Spot and treat stains to meet Tide Cleaners’ high-quality standards.
• Stage garments efficiently for pressers.
• Supervise pressers and oversee daily workflow.
• Manage and approve timesheets for pressing staff.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning and pressing standards.
• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain organization, efficiency, and production timelines.
