Job summary

Figure is seeking a Production Lead to drive daily execution on the factory floor in San Jose, CA. You will work with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to meet production schedules while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

You will be hands-on, coordinating across teams, resolving issues in real time, and stepping onto the line as needed to keep builds on track. Shift is 2pm-10:30pm, with a focus on Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate resources to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Monitor production flow, track progress, and provide updates on priority work orders.
• Verify readiness of lines, components, and equipment; support set-ups and changeovers.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving quality, equipment, or process issues.
• Review and complete production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct shift passdowns and cross-functional updates.
• Support employee training and development; step in for absent operators when needed.
• Partner with supervisors to drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
