You will build a production system that can run without daily owner intervention, while maintaining high standards and clear accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shop-floor production teams or equivalent operations.
• Ability to build and manage production schedules and workflows.
• Strong focus on quality control and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly production scheduling and priorities.
• Coordinate production staff and materials to meet deadlines.
• Establish quality checkpoints and monitor finishing requirements.
• Maintain inventory and supplies, equipment care, and maintenance schedules.
