ABH Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an Exit Device Production Lead to organize daily setup, assign tasks, and drive weekly production plans with strong focus on safety and quality. You will work closely with the Exit Device Supervisor and Order Coordinator to maintain flow and resolve issues on the floor.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
  • Experience leading, coordinating, or delegating work within a team environment.
  • Ability to track production metrics and support achievement of weekly production goals.
  • Working knowledge of production flow, order tracking, and inventory coordination.
  • Experience training new team members and supporting cross-training initiatives.
  • Ability to identify issues, communicate effectively, and elevate concerns as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Familiarity with OSOR and RMA processes preferred.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
