Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center-Tulsa is seeking a dependable Production Lead to coordinate daily production activities and support the floor staff.

This hands-on lead works with the Production Supervisor, directing priorities, monitoring quality and productivity, and ensuring goals are met on the line. The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and flexibility to work overtime; you will oversee workflow and help solve problems to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and follow all company policies, procedures and processes.
• Coordinate shift labor coverage to meet production schedule.
• Ensure product meets quality standards.
• Operate and repair machines on the production line when needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment.
• Report safety hazards and injuries immediately.
• Attend to daily production goals and minimize downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
